*Loving Our Girls...

We attempted to take family pictures this evening but they didn't turn out quite well. We want to post some pics of us all together and will give it another try tomorrow. I think we waited a little too long today and all 3 girls were a little antsy. Hopefully we'll get a few pics of us together up on the blog soon. Here are a few pics we've taken over the last few days.

~ Name Clear Up...

We've had quite a few people ask how to pronounce the name BAYA. I thought I would clear it up for anyone who is wondering the same thing. It's pronounced BAY-UH. Brody picked out both names for the girls... as well as Keira's. I think he did a swell job!

Things are going well with the babies and Keira. I love how Keira likes to play with her baby dolls a lot more now that Baya and Viena are here. The babies are sleeping and eating well and are such good happy babies... so far. Hopefully they keep it up!

As for me... I'm feeling well and am glad my feet stopped swelling after a couple days. For some reason my feet really swell up AFTER I have a baby. With Keira it took 3-4 weeks for my feet to go down. If anyone remembers the pictures I posted of them... they were HUGE! And that's definitely not an exaggeration! Nursing is going great and I have to say that feeding 2 is awesome because it is really shedding the weight off faster. Thank goodness! (Don't get me wrong... it's still a little painful right now... but I'm looking at the bright side.) I definitely still need to tone up and shed some more pounds but have to wait to get the okay from the doctor to when I can start exercising. I'm feeling good and the the c-section is healing quite nicely. All in all... we are all doing GREAT!

Our precious little girls finally came. We love them so much and can't imagine not having them already. Can't believe we went from a family of 3 to 5! It's been the best and Keira is doing great with being a Big Sister.

Can you tell them apart?

Baya has a rounder face and Viena's is more long. Baya has skinny lips and Viena's are more full. We can tell them apart easily... but for others it's a little easier to tell them apart without the hats. We are so happy to be a family of 5 and love it. We hear it's hard the first year with twins but we are up for the challenge! Way more pictures to come... I'll do my best to keep everything updated.
